Virtual try-on for fashion brands

Full outfit virtual try-on

Atomic Goats is full outfit virtual try-on (VTO), also called AI try-on, for fashion brands. Shoppers see a complete outfit from your own catalogue on themselves or on someone like them before they buy: not one garment on a stock model, the whole look.

Three complete looks from one campaign, each styled around the same pair of shoes the customer already owns.

What is virtual try-on (VTO)?

Virtual try-on (VTO) shows clothes on a person before they are bought, so a shopper can judge a look instead of guessing. Atomic Goats works at outfit level rather than one garment at a time: the complete look, every piece from the brand's own live catalogue, on someone like the shopper.

Why try on the whole outfit?

Clothes are never worn alone. A shopper can like a jacket on screen and still not buy it, because they cannot picture what to wear it with.

Seeing the complete outfit answers that before the parcel ships. The other pieces are styled in front of the shopper instead of left to a recommendation rail, and the whole look goes into the basket at once. It is aimed at style returns too: a garment can fit and still come back because it went with nothing.

Three ways to try it on

Atomic Goats' VTO puts the complete outfit on whoever the shopper chooses.

A model like them

The shopper picks the model closest to their build and sees the complete look on it.

Their own photo

They upload a head-to-toe photo and see the outfit on themselves.

A selfie

They take a selfie and Atomic Goats builds the body to dress.

Where shoppers use it

After a purchase

Every item a customer buys becomes a set of outfits, sent to them as a personal lookbook through your existing email platform. The click lands on looks they can try on and add to the basket as a whole.

On your storefront

Any visitor can build a complete outfit with the AI stylist and try the whole look on, with no order history needed.

What Atomic Goats' VTO does not do yet

Atomic Goats' virtual try-on does not give size or fit advice. It shows how a complete outfit looks on someone like the shopper, not how each garment will fit or which size to buy. VTO with Fit, which models fit, is a tech proof of concept, not a shipped feature.

Built from your catalogue, on your platform

  • On-model imagery is generated from your existing product shots, with an automated quality check on every image, so there is no photoshoot.
  • Catalogues sync automatically, so every look is built from what is actually for sale.
  • It runs on Shopify storefronts through its own app, and as a native placement on a visual-commerce platform, with no theme code.
  • Optional 12-season colour analysis can steer every look to the palette that suits the shopper.
